Name, phone number, email and trip preferences submitted through our enquiry and booking forms. For permit-controlled regions, we also collect a copy of government ID as required by local authorities.
Solely to plan, confirm and support your trip — including sharing necessary details with hotels, drivers and permit offices on your itinerary. We do not sell or rent traveller data to third parties.

Booking and ID records are kept for as long as required by Indian travel and tax regulations, after which they are securely deleted.
