Stay, private transport for the listed itinerary, a local guide where applicable, and any permits required for the region. Flights, meals beyond breakfast, and personal expenses are usually separate unless stated.

Yes — minor changes (different hotel category, added day trip) can be made up to 7 days before travel at no extra fee. Mid-trip changes due to weather or closures are handled by your guide on the spot.

Yes, inner-line permits for Nubra and Pangong are arranged as part of the package — we just need scanned ID copies a few days before the trip.

Full refund minus a small processing fee if cancelled 15+ days out. Closer cancellations are assessed case by case depending on how much we've already paid hotels/vendors on your behalf. Full terms are on the Terms & Conditions page.
